Grace Melander founded Clear Path Operations after more than 15 years leading facilities, property, and operations for a multi-campus organization with over $30M in assets and 341,000 square feet under management. She has overseen capital improvement projects, negotiated vendor contracts across multiple trades, managed rental portfolios generating $1.2M in annual income, and built operational systems that allow organizations to run with clarity and confidence.

Grace holds an MBA and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience to every engagement. She works with churches and nonprofits across Minnesota and remotely, as an embedded partner, not a distant advisor.
